Our Commitment

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right within the first 7 days of receiving your order, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Eligibility Window

•     You have 7 days from delivery to report any issues with your order.
•     Items must be in their original condition (unused and unwashed).
•     Custom or personalized 3D‑printed items may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

3D‑Printed Product Notes

Because our products are 3D‑printed:
•     Minor layer lines, small surface variations, or slight color differences are normal and not considered defects.
•     Each piece is made in small batches, so slight variations may occur.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered:
•     Contact us within 7 days
•     Include your order number and a photo of the issue
•     We’ll replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation

Refunds

•     Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
•     Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days after approval
•     Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the issue was our mistake
